Use the submission portal for the information it requests. Keep financial documents and sensitive identifiers out of ordinary email or website messages.

Investor financing questions
Does a DSCR loan mean no documentation?
No. Even when personal employment income is not the qualifying basis, the property income, credit, assets, reserves and ownership still need review.
Can I use a short-term rental projection to qualify?
A projection alone does not establish eligibility; the program must accept the income evidence and intended use. Operating history, approved revenue support, local rules and property conditions may also need review.
Can I live in the investment property?
The business-purpose options featured here are for eligible non-owner-occupied investments. Tell Gordon about any planned personal or family use so the correct financing can be reviewed.
Does a bridge or renovation loan guarantee my refinance?
No, a future rental or other long-term loan has its own approval requirements. Review that exit, the repayment deadline and a backup plan before committing.
