How to request a conversation

1. Open the pre-approval request form and choose Yes for Spanish translator assistance.
2. Choose your preferred date and 30-minute call time. The form shows times in Eastern Time.
3. Submit your request. Gordon will follow up to confirm availability and the appointment.
