Scope. This policy explains how DRG Mortgage, LLC handles information submitted through this website. It does not replace any financial privacy notice or other disclosure that may be provided if you begin a formal mortgage application or customer relationship.Information we collect
The public pre-approval conversation form collects only the information needed for Gordon Hinchen to respond: your name, email, phone number, preferred follow-up method, general mortgage goal, and any optional timing, target area or property address, and approximate purchase price or property value you choose to provide. The website and its service providers may also collect device, browser, log, cookie, security, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and understand the site.
The public website form is not a mortgage application and is not intended to collect sensitive qualification information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government identification, income or employer information, bank or account information, credit details, tax information, passwords, document contents, or other sensitive personal or financial records through the form. If you decide to proceed, DRG Mortgage will provide access to its loan origination system for the formal application, credit authorization, and documents.
How we use information
- To have Gordon Hinchen conduct the initial pre-approval interview by phone, which usually takes about 20 minutes, and follow up afterward using your preferred method.
