DRG Mortgage, LLC currently provides residential mortgage brokerage services for properties in Ohio only. Website access from another state does not constitute an offer to provide mortgage services there.
Education, not a credit decision
Website content, calculators, screening messages, examples, downloads, dashboards, and Knowledge Center materials are general educational tools. They are not an application decision, approval, denial, commitment to lend, Loan Estimate, rate quote, lock agreement, guarantee of terms, or promise that a product is available.
Estimates and user inputs
Results depend on assumptions supplied by the user and may omit taxes, insurance, association dues, mortgage insurance, fees, reserves, valuation adjustments, program overlays, and other costs or requirements. Final eligibility and terms require a complete borrower and property review, documentation, valuation, applicable law, current program guidelines, and market conditions.
Rates and market information
Any rate entered into a calculator is the user's modeling assumption unless expressly identified otherwise. Published market benchmarks are educational context and are not DRG Mortgage rates or an offer of credit.

Pre-approval requests and communications
Submitting the public pre-approval conversation form asks Gordon Hinchen of DRG Mortgage, LLC to call you for the initial interview, which usually takes about 20 minutes. Your selected contact method applies to follow-up communication after that phone interview. The public form collects basic contact and mortgage-goal information only. It is not a mortgage application, credit authorization, credit decision, approval, denial, commitment to lend, Loan Estimate, rate quote, or lock agreement. If you decide to proceed, the formal application, credit authorization, and document collection will occur through DRG Mortgage's loan origination system. Consent to contact is not a condition of obtaining goods or services. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income, employer, account, tax, credit, or document information through the public form.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for information submitted through your account. Do not attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions, misrepresent identity, or use website materials unlawfully.

Third-party links and embedded services are provided for convenience. DRG Mortgage does not control and does not endorse every statement, product, security practice, or policy on an outside service.
